You agree to these Terms when you access our site or buy our Services, and they apply to our relationship with you. If you don't agree to these Terms or our Policies, you cannot access our site or buy our Services.
Paying for service
All prices exclude GST for accounts with a registered Australian address.
Working Mumma reserves the right to change fees and charges at any time without notice. Please check the website for updated fees and charges.
All credit payments are required to be made online via Stripe.
At the end of your membership period (monthly or annually), your membership automatically renews for the same period using the same payment method. Online Payment Security Credit card details of all account holders may be retained by the payment gateway, integrated into our e-commerce platform, Zenler and our email marketing provider MailChimp. To receive the services and value of the Working Mumma Village AND to maintain the monthly and yearly rate at which you signed up, you must maintain an active membership.
Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not available for any purchase or download, unless there is a breach of the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010. You can however cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Working Mumma Village is a monthly and yearly membership site. Recurring, automatic payments are made on a monthly basis or annual basis, based on the specific plan at checkout. You will be charged on monthly intervals until you manually cancel your membership with 7 days notice (which can be done via email to firstname.lastname@example.org). If you are unsatisfied with the membership site content for any reason, you can choose to cancel your membership. Please contact email@example.com BEFORE the next payment is taken out. All access will be revoked once your account has been cancelled. Whilst we are happy to cancel your membership at any time, *NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE unless it has been agreed the service offering has not been met. Once your membership is deactivated, you no longer have access to any member benefits (including, but not limited to, content within the Working Mumma Village Member's Area, bonus content, invitations to meetups and events, and the members-only Facebook Community).
Right to Terminate
We reserves the right to terminate your use of the site and Services generally if you breach these terms, as determined by us in our sole discretion.

We have taken proper care and precautions to ensure that the information we provide on this Website is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept any legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on this Website or on any linked site.

Upon purchase of any product or service under this Agreement, including but not limited to eBooks, Workbook, Videos and all PDF downloads (Our Content) Working Mumma grants the purchaser a perpetual, worldwide, restricted, and non-exclusive license for use of such content for personal use only.
All materials produced by Us are not for reproduction or use as a training tool in your own workshops or communities or for distribution to and use by your clients without the express permission in writing from Us. An application for permission to use any materials or content may be submitted to email@example.com.
We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restrict unauthorized access to our data and files. However, no system whether or not password protected can be entirely impenetrable.
